Bushrangers

The year 7-9 Bush Rangers camp was held in week 9 of term 2. The purpose of the camp was to engage in activities that support the Bush Ranger Cadets program ethos of conservation and environmental awareness.  The students participated in a mini beasts activity, tree planting, pest weed removal, a cave tour, mountain bike riding and hiking.

Earlier in term 2 our year 7-8 Bush Rangers planted over 700 trees at Preston Beach and were also shown through local emergency service vehicles.  This was coordinated with the assistance of Sarah from the Shire of Waroona.
